Like many other parents of children with lifelong intellectual disabilities, I had lived in fear of the future when I would no longer be around to love and care for my autistic son. As Sebastien’s 18th year approached, I embarked on a journey to find an answer to his future. And this was how A Mother’s Wish was born.
